By accessing and commissioning services from MR Designs, the premium website design and development company based in Kollam, Kerala, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

These terms govern all proposals, estimates, custom web design wireframes, codebases, search engine optimization (SEO) contracts, WordPress installations, and ongoing website maintenance plans provided by our agency.

MR Designs agrees to perform services as outlined in the signed Project Proposal or Service Level Estimate. Our services encompass:

• Custom website layout wireframing and graphic branding.
• Mobile-responsive HTML5/CSS3 and dynamic React or Next.js development.
• WordPress, Woocommerce development, and backend database integrations.
• On-page schema structures and technical SEO targeting Kollam & Kochi markets.
• Domain registration, server setup, and Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) configuration.

Any modification, feature addition, or scope expansions requested after project kickoff will be subject to a secondary estimate.

To deliver high-performance websites within the agreed timeline, clients must supply all necessary company information, logos, content copy, professional media, and third-party credentials (hosting panel, SMS gateway, etc.) promptly.

Delay in providing these materials for more than 15 business days may lead to temporary suspension of the development queue, and resuming the project may incur scheduling adjustment fees.

Payments are structured around logical project milestones to protect both parties:

MR Designs reserves the right to withhold live server deployment, database transfers, or administrative access keys until the remaining final milestone payment is cleared.

Upon full receipt of the final milestone payment, the customized visual assets, frontend styling structures, content configurations, and custom databases designed exclusively for the client shall become the sole property of the client.

MR Designs retains the right to display screen snippets, case study metrics, and links of the completed website in our portfolio and marketing assets.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of the performance or breach of our agreements shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kollam, Kerala.
